After an initial discussion where we discuss any issues or challenges as well as goals. We will use the trance state of hypnosis to access your subconscious to uncover any blocks and realign give you the tools to keep growing at your own pace.

You come prepared with a topic you want to be coached on. I come prepared to hold the space and shine light when needed. Together we will develop a plan to unblock any obstacles and move forward with manageable next steps.

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic state of hypnosis. (No, not the kind you’ve seen on stage.) Hypnosis is simply moving your brain waves from a faster rate into a slower rate and then using that state to direct your subconscious to impact your conscious behavior.
Light hypnosis is similar to brain waves states experienced during guided visualization and meditation.
The slower your brain waves become the deeper into a “trance” state you go. Once you are in hypnosis then the hypnotherapist is able interface with the subconscious, uncover hidden beliefs, and reformat with the desired beliefs.
Any trained and certified hypnotherapist follows a strict code of ethics. However, the state of hypnosis is a very safe and restful state. The client is easily able to move themself out of hypnosis at any time if they feel unsafe, similar to waking yourself up from a dream. Contrary to common beliefs, the client is always in complete control when in hypnosis. -
This depends entirely on the modality and the session type chosen. Sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the type of work being done.
Preceding a session of any modality is an intake form where you can explain what you want to work on. Then we will have a conversation over the phone or video going into more detail on the challenge you want to overcome or the goal/outcome you want to focus on. After the session we spend a little time discussing how you feel and I answer any questions you may have. -
