2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
The services offered by Golden Wake Healing are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.
Alex Volta is not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed healthcare provider. No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any medical or mental health condition is offered or implied.
If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, including but not limited to psychosis, suicidal ideation, or severe trauma responses, please seek care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
3. Hypnosis and Breathwork Disclaimer
Hypnotic meditation and breathwork are experiential practices that may involve altered states of awareness, emotional release, or physical sensations. Participation is voluntary, and you are always in control of your experience.

4. Client Responsibility

You agree to take full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your participation.
Golden Wake Healing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
5. Eligibility
Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older unless there written consent has been provided by a parent or guardian. By participating, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
6. Payment, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Payment terms, session length, packages, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to fees as outlined during scheduling.
Golden Wake Healing reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Confidentiality
All client communications and sessions are treated as confidential, with the following exceptions:
If disclosure is required by law.
If there is a reasonable belief of imminent harm to yourself or others.
Please note that coaching, breathwork, and hypnosis are not protected under medical HIPAA regulations, though confidentiality is respected to the fullest extent possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, language, recordings, exercises, and materials, is the intellectual property of Golden Wake Healing unless otherwise stated.
